Pacific Affiliates provided boundary control and construction grade staking for the United States Federal Courthouse.  Surveys were used in the construciton of the first new US Federal Courthouse located north of Sacramento in more than 50 years.  Construction staking included, but was not limited to clearing and grubbing limits, rough grading, building reference points, utilities and finish grading.
