Project Location: Eureka, CA

PG&E contracted with Pacific Affiliates for the permitting, plans and engineering for a storage warehouse at the Humboldt substation.  Permits for the construction were obtained through the County of Humboldt, including the modification of a Coastal Development Permit.   Pacific Affiliates completed a site investigation, soils report, civil, architectural and electrical plans for the proposed warehouse.  Additionally, Pacific Affiliates completed all project management activities associated with construction.  Despite a very strict deadline for project completion and funding, Pacific Affiliates completed all permits, engineering, and project management in less than four months from conception to project completion.
