Pacific Affiliates provided boundary control and construction grade staking for the United States Federal Courthouse.  Surveys were used in the repair and maintenance of the breakwater protecting the USCG offices located at Coast Guard Station Humboldt Bay.  Construction staking included, but was not limited to clearing and grubbing limits, rough grading, and finish grading.
