Pacific Affiliates was hired by the Strongs Creek development group to complete geotechnical investigations for the development of the strip mall complex, as well as several stand alone pad buildings.  In total the Pacific Affiliates’ staff completed all subsurface investigations, soil sampling, analysis of lab data, design recommendations, review of foundation plans and footing inspection during construction.  Arguably one of the nicest new developments on the North Coast, Pacific Affiliates is proud of our contribution to such a highly successful project.
